Richmond Beach Open Arms AFH is a small, licensed adult family home just blocks from Richmond Beach in Shoreline. We built it for families who need serious medical support — tube feeding, tracheostomy care, complex medication schedules — without giving up the comfort of a real home.

Our Story
Founded on a simple belief
Richmond Beach Open Arms AFH LLC was founded to fill a gap we kept seeing: families with a loved one who needed serious medical support — tube feeding, tracheostomy care, complex medication schedules — but who still deserved to live somewhere that felt like a home, not a ward.
Our mission is straightforward: deliver skilled, attentive nursing care inside a genuinely comfortable house, with private rooms, a backyard, and a team who knows every resident by name.
